These Terms govern the use of keenangeorge.com. The website is operated by Keenan George through two related companies: Kinwell Holdings Inc., a Canadian corporation, and Kinwell Consulting, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Together, they are referred to as “Kinwell.”

That agreement will identify whether Kinwell Holdings Inc. or Kinwell Consulting, Inc. is providing the services. A dispute involving Kinwell Holdings Inc. is governed by the applicable laws of Canada. A dispute involving Kinwell Consulting, Inc. is governed by the laws of Delaware. Any separate service agreement may set different governing law for that engagement.

These Terms may change as the website or business changes. The date at the top will be updated when a new version is posted. Continued use of the website after a change means the revised Terms apply.
